Subject: These general conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the seller: association world rugby amateur festival and the buyer in the context of the sale of tickets for amateur rugby events organized by the seller.

Price: Ticket prices are indicated in euros and include VAT (all taxes included). The seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the tickets will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Orders: Ticket orders are made on the seller’s website and are subject to acceptance of these GCS. Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the seller’s website. The validation of the order implies acceptance of these GCS.

Delivery: The tickets are sent electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the buyer when ordering. The buyer must therefore ensure the validity of this e-mail address. Tickets are sent as soon as possible after validation of the order.

Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the validation of the order to cancel their purchase without justification. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to spectator tickets for sporting events.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of an amateur rugby event for which tickets have been sold, the seller undertakes to reimburse the buyers as soon as possible, with the exception of any management fees that may be deducted when ordering. .

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Personal data: The personal data collected during the order is intended for the management of the order and the commercial relationship between the seller and the buyer. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the buyer has a right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him by contacting the seller. The processing of this data is detailed in the privacy policy available on the seller’s website.
